Minister Said Students Of Madrasas Are Better Than PhD!
The Taliban government of Afghanistan issued a new decree on education. According to this, the degrees of students who have done post graduation or graduation during 20 years will not be recognized. Higher Education Minister Abdul Baqi Haqqani said- It has been decided not to recognize students who got degrees in higher education during Ashraf Ghani or Hamid Karzai government. The reason for this is that during these governments, religious education was not given importance in the education sector.
